This ICON Vehicle Dynamics 4-5.5” coilover conversion system is a great way to lift your 4WD 2023-2026 Ford F-250/F-350 Super Duty while drastically improving ride quality and performance and allowing fitment of larger, more aggressive wheel and tire combinations. This Stage 9 system is perfect for on-road and towing use, as well as job site duty, washboard gravel roads, and more aggressive off-road adventures.ICON's 4-5.5” Lift Stage 9 Coilover Conversion System features 2.5 Series CDEV remote reservoir coilovers that provide superb on-road comfort and off-road performance while at the same time allowing for end-user ride height adjustability. Their remote reservoirs greatly increase shock oil volume and heat dissipation surface area to resist overheating and cavitation under hard use, which can lead to damper fade. To take advantage of the coilover's option to mount secondary shocks in the stock location, 2.5 Aluminum Series CDCV remote reservoir secondary front shocks are included, effectively doubling shock damping ability on the front of the vehicle. Fabricated radius arms offer significantly more strength over the OE units and feature built in caster cams for on-vehicle caster adjustment, maintenance free bushings, and improved tire clearance at full steering lock, all while eliminating the need for drop brackets and thus raising ground clearance under the chassis. The fabricated track bar drop bracket allows the axle to be properly centered under the frame and reduces road feedback throughout the steering system with improved on- and off-road manners thanks to the elimination of bump steer. An adjustable track bar allows for on-vehicle adjustment to fine tune track alignment as well as eliminating the deflective OE track bar bushings for an overall more rigid unit to improve the vehicles handling characteristics.ICON’s Centerline steering stabilizer kit features a 2.5 Aluminum Series shock absorber with a piggyback reservoir for improved steering damping compared to ICON dual 2.0 steering stabilizers, better controlling undesirable steering feedback caused by larger tires while also improving ground clearance. Heavy-duty fabricated 5" rear blocks and U-bolt kit lift the rear of the vehicle and are designed to withstand heavy towing/hauling duty as well as the stresses of aggressive off-road use. ICON 2.5 Aluminum Series CDEV piggyback reservoir rear shocks feature a vehicle specific tune for improved vehicle handling and excellent ride quality on- and off-road with improved performance compared to 2.0 Aluminum Series shocks. Focus on driving and let ICON Intelligent Control (IIC) read the terrain and make near-instant adjustments via the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) at each individual shock. Control the system wirelessly through the IIC app on your phone and once configured the system functions without driver input. The included box kit includes fabricated front sway bar drop brackets to prevent bind, heavy-duty aluminum bump stop spacers, and high quality stainless steel extended brake lines. This suspension system features high quality CNC machined, laser cut, and brake formed components and with the endless hours ICON has spent testing and tuning our suspension components and shock absorbers as a complete system, you can rest assured you have the best suspension solution on the market.
