For those serious about performance driving and safety, adding racing harness' is a must. However, properly attaching these belts can not only be very difficult, but potentially life threatening if done improperly!!! Alternatively, a roll cage could be added, but these are very costly, extremely permanent, and make the resultant car essentially good for strictly track usage. The Massive Competition Harness bar solves this tricky issue! It is anchored firmly to 4 already factory reinforced points, and positions the belts at precise safe zone mounting points. Because it uses factory bolting points, it can be installed in the driveway and partially or fully removed in no time flat should the need arise. Massive Competition Series harness bars are meant for more than just beauty they feature big 12 gauge mandrel bent steel tubing (1.25" main hoop and 1" down bars!) and huge 1/4" heavy duty mounting plates for the ultimate in strength. This solid construction has earned it the "competition" name, and might just add some much needed chassis rigidity to boot. Massive has racked up 100's of race days and near a decade of trouble free usage with this design. Includes our Upgrade 2.0 Hardware kit for superior strength, corrosion resistance and appearance. Works with any 4, 5 or 6 point wrap around style harness. Intended for auto-x/HPDE/open track day use or just for show. Not approved for any sanctioned wheel-to-wheel racing (SCCA, etc) or NASA Spec Focus these classes may require a roll cage. Simple install in less than 45 minutes with basic hand tools. Quality made in the USA. Comes with premium thickness powder coating for long lasting service in your choice of 6 colors. Prominent vinyl Massive logo so people will know you use the best. This product is designed for off road use only. Racing is dangerous and as such is done at your own risk.
