Pressed-on harmonic balancers are the bane of many mechanics' existence. Trying to pry a harmonic balancer off with a screwdriver or prybar in a cramped engine bay can be a nightmare, but with the right tool, it becomes a dream. The Mishimoto harmonic balancer puller set makes removing pressed-on harmonic balancers easy with just a ratchet or wrench. The three steel jaws lock around spoke-style balancers and the center forcing screw evenly pulls the balancer off the crank in no time. The center forcing screw features a 3/4" external hex as well as a 3/8 internal square drive for use with a ratchet or breaker bar. Four center rod lengths make this harmonic balancer puller versatile for many makes and models, and the durable blow-molded case makes it easy to take from job to job. So, if you'd like to avoid the nightmare of removing pressed-on harmonic balancers, get a Mishimoto harmonic balancer puller set, and make the job a dream.
