Upgraded cooling systems are not just for off-road rigs and big haulers. Even basic mods/upgrades like oversized tires can increase strain on your engine in adverse conditions. The CSF Radiator provides extra protection that: Extends engine life by maintaining optimal coolant temperatures. Improves towing capacity by enhancing cooling efficiency. Eliminates performance limitations during demanding driving conditions. Provides peace of mind with superior construction and durabilityWhen engine coolant overheats, performance suffers and you are forced to stop driving or risk a cooling system failure. CSF & Full-Race engineers identified this vulnerability during extensive real-world testing of F-150 and Raptor models under demanding conditions. Having to stop and wait for your engine to cool down is more than just an inconvenience, it is a limitation that shouldn't exist in modern trucks. Especially not a Raptor. An upgraded radiator helps eliminate the concern of overheating. These advanced designs feature larger 2-Row, 42mm aluminum cores which increase the fluid capacity of the radiators, and greatly improves heat dissipation. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15% over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the ultra-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. The result is a dramatic temperature reduction under all driving conditions.Ford definitely learned some lessons from previous generations and gave some 14th Generation F-150s / 3rd Gen Raptors a pretty decent radiator. While the factory system seems to cope with modifications better than previous generations, more people are pushing these new rigs harder than ever. Bigger turbos, more boost, heavier accessories, etc, all increase heat output of the motor.Instead of waiting for your factory radiator to fail or putting up with power loss due to high engine temps, you can get ahead of the problem with the CSF Radiator. Upgrading to the CSF Radiator offers a lot of advantages including: 50% larger core volume than the factory radiator. 20-25% increase in heat transfer efficiency using CSF's exclusive 5mm Fin Technology. 100% TIG welded Aluminum construction (compared to plastic end tanks crimped). Perfect for daily driving, towing, and off-road adventures.
