Description:

From 1903-1915, (The Brass Era) when most cars were trimmed with Brass. The stem is appropriate for wood wheels with demountable split rims or clincher type rims. Tubes with this stem type also require: 9090061 Lock Nut, 909006 Bridge Washer, 90806 Rim Washer/Reducer Nut, 90805 Brass Dust Cover. This item is the stem only, and must be hot vulcanized onto a tube. From 1916 - 1925, cars with wood wheels (and tires with a 4 inch cross section or less) during this period used: 90550 Nickel Dust Cover, 90551 Nickel Rim washer/Reducer Nut, 9090061 Lock Nut, 909006 Bridge Washer.
